Quvenzhané Wallis called c-word in tweet by the onion

The Onion used Twitter last night during the Oscar ceremony to let followers know how they truly felt about 9-year-old Quvenzhané Wallis… calling her a c***. 

For those who don’t know, Wallis was a Best Actress nominee for Beasts of the Southern Wild.

According to Gossip Cop, the tweet read: “Everyone else seems afraid to say it, but that Quvenzhané Wallis is kind of a c***, right?”

Hundreds of people re-tweeted the “joke,” but not everyone thought it was so funny.

After causing an online-riot, the tweet was deleted.
