(WIDK By Brittany Hahn) – Oh you don’t have the money to pay child support? Liar.

Ah, Facebook, one of the top ways to get people in trouble these days. The social media site helped the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office charge a father, with money, for not paying support.

“Bad dad” Christopher Robinson, 23, is facing three felony counts of failure to support his 3-year-old; records show that he never made any child support payments.

The very ‘swag’ picture of Robinson on Facebook, posing with tons of cash and liquor bottles, helped the district attorney’s office build a solid case against him.

If found guilty on all three counts, Robinson could face up to 11 years in jail, reports ABC News.

(iWIDK By Remus Lee) - Breaking up may be hard to do, but for a Texas man, breaking up got him in trouble with the law.

34-year-old Matthew Ryan Guillory of Tomball, Texas, was charged with online impersonation after uploading nude pictures of his ex-girlfriend online under false names.

The unnamed ex-girlfriend learned of this through e-mails saying that her nude photographs were being posted on social media sites.

According to KHOU, the ex-girlfriend contacted authorities, who were able to trace the false accounts to Guillory’s IP address.

Guillory has confessed to uploading the photos; his bond was set at US$5,000.

(iWIDK By Brittany Hahn) – He forgot his receipt… and to take out the counterfeit bills…

Wisconsin man, Jarad S. Carr, tried to return a printer to a Walmart store without any proof that he bought it there, and with two counterfeit hundred dollar bills in it… oops.

Walmart naturally wouldn’t allow Carr to return the printer, which caused Carr to flip-out in the middle of the store.  Walmart called the police.

All said and done, Carr was charged with attempted theft by fraud, forgery and resisting arrest, reports The Huffington Post. 

Police officers are now looking for a man who was with Carr, a possible person of interest.

(iWIDK By Lauren Keough) - A teen was arrested for breaking the law.

Chris Brennan was accused of purposefully urinating in a deputy’s patrol car and on the deputy’s lunch.

Brennan and two others were smashing bottles at the Pink Shell Resort in Fort Myers Beach when and cop threw Brennan in the back of the car while he questioned his two buddies, which led to the young man banging his head against the vehicle’s windows and threatening to urinate.

According to WTSP, Brennan urinated through the screen cage in the deputy’s car and on several of the deputy’s personal items, including his cell phone, lunch bag, water bottles and several items issued to him by the sheriff’s office.

Applebee’s waitress, Brianna Priddy, was working a shift at one of the restaurant’s Colorado locations when a woman came in, ordered a drink, and handed Priddy her own stolen I.D.

According to Opposing Views, Priddy played it cool and told the lady she would be right back with her drink… instead she called the police.

Since Priddy had her I.D. stolen, someone had been writing hundreds of dollars in bad checks… lucky for her that was all about to come to an end.

Officers came in and arrested the 26-year-old identity thief.

(iWIDK By Brittany Hahn) – Chances are: if you have to tell people that it’s “not racist,” then it is.

College student, Samuel Hendrickson, uploaded a video to Facebook yesterday titled: “Why I’d Hate To Be Asian (Totally Not Racist).”

Problem is, it totally is racist.

According to the video and the Global Grind, Hendrickson talks about how Asian men are bad in bed, how he thinks Asian women are unattractive, how he hates sweatshops, how they all look alike… the list goes on and on.

To apologize for making a lot of people really, really mad… he sent a tweet about how it was not meant to make Asians mad because it was just a joke… “#yup”

(iWIDK By Omar Guzman) – A routine traffic stop turned into a high-speed police chase.

Authorities chased two young police car thieves from New Jersey to Pennsylvania.

A Camden, NJ officer pulled over a driver in front of police headquarters during a routine traffic stop only to have his own vehicle stolen.

While the officer was addressing the driver, 23-year old Shayna Sykes and Blake Bills jumped in to his police cruiser and took off.

The pair sped through the Benjamin Franklin bridge and in to Pennsylvania before crashing the officer’s vehicle.

Authorities then apprehended Bills, who was injured in the accident, while Sykes jumped in to another officer’s vehicle.

Sykes sped through traffic lights, hit a pedestrian, and caused the car to catch fire before crashing.

According to The Huffington Post, Sykes was surrounded by police and taken in to custody.

She faces a series of charges in New Jersey, where the chase began.

A Jonesboro, AR woman crashed in to a mobile home and tried to flee the scene on a Power Wheels truck.

Jamie Craft, 28, drunkenly crashed her car in to the side of a mobile home before taking off in a child’s Power Wheels truck.

Craft, who wasn’t wearing any pants, was later apprehended by police.

According to KTLA, her blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.

In addition to driving while intoxicated, Craft also faces charges of disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license.

(iWIDK By Brittany Hahn) - Guess we know who ‘wears the pants’ in this relationship.

Rahmell Pettway from Brookyln NY was arrested after faking being kidnapped to avoid his angry girlfriend.

Pettway was found between two parked cars in Harlem all wrapped up in duct tape.

Concerned police took him to the hospital to check his health; they claim that he looked like he had been beaten.

In the hospital is where the truth began to unravel… along with the duct tape.

“He’s a total moron,” a law-enforcement source told The Christian Post. “It was a pathetic attempt to pull the wool over her eyes.”

Pettway remains in custody for filing a false police report.

(iWIDK By Rebecca Arden) – This guy isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. 

25-year-old Raleigh Reynolds was arrested on drug charges after his female passenger “butt-dialed” the police station during their drug deal.

According to KTIC radio, the cell phone dialed 911 – and the dispatcher heard what she thought was a drug deal taking place.

She tracked the GPS signal on the phone and located the car in an alley…less than 100 yards from the police station.

When police arrived and found Reynolds and his female friend, they both denied owning a cell phone.

The officer then began speaking loudly and the dispatcher confirmed she could hear the officer through the phone line.

The cell phone was soon found, along with a small amount of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Reynolds was arrested on felony drug charges, but did post bail and was released from jail. The woman was given a violation for less than an ounce of marijuana.

(iWIDK By Lauren Keough) - Two teens were caught after breaking into a police chief’s house. 

Conner Hinton, 17, and Taylor Nuttal, 17, from Sugar Land, Texas, broke into the flat of Police Chief Doug Brinkley and were arrested after a neighbor saw them climbing over a fence and called the police.

According to Daily Mail, officers found a back door had been forced open and several boards missing from the fence. They arrested the teenagers after finding them in a vehicle nearby.

The break-in came after Sugar Land was ranked second in Texas in a list of the safest cities in the U.S., complied by CQ Press City Crime Rankings.

Brinkley is considering putting up surveillance cameras at his home and installing a safe.

(iWIDK By Brittany Hahn) – Trying to throw your drugs out the window? You might want to open it first…

Tennessee man, Marquese Anglin, 30, was arrested January 8 after refusing to pull over for a police officer who tried to stop him for a license plate violation on Interstate 40, but was also found to have marijuana in the car. 

In a frenzy, Anglin tried to throw the goods out the window before the cops found them, but he forgot to open his window first.

According to WKRN, police found Anglin on the side of the road covered in pot.

He was charged with drug possession, driving on a revoked license and failure to pull over for the police.

(iWIDK By Alex Dorian) – Yeah, post a video of yourself committing assault and see how that goes for you.

Chase Christa, a 16-year-old student from Pasco County, FL, was viciously attacked by a 17-year-old classmate on a school bus, who later posted a video of the beating on her Facebook page.

According to News Chief, the fight allegedly ensued after Chase had stood up for a friend of hers, who was being harassed by the 17-year-old attacker earlier that day in the cafeteria.

Chase had called her mother to ask for a ride home after her friend’s harasser told her to “watch her back” on the school bus.

Now, the attacker is being charged with battery. The attacker’s friend who recorded the beating is being charged with accessory.

Apparently, Chase’s attacker sent her an apology via Facebook after she was charged.
