Student Commits Suicide Inside Of Dorm – Officials Find WEAPONS AND EXPLOSIVES Surrounding Body

(iWIDK By Remus Lee) - A dead body found in a University of Central Florida dormitory prompted school authorities to evacuate the building.

Officials at UCF say a student shot himself overnight in the Tower 1 residence hall, where his body was later found alongside a bag of improvised explosives and an assault weapon.

Police were notified about the incident after a 911 call early Monday morning reported a man with a gun.

Students living in Tower 1 were evacuated early Monday morning to the UCF Arena and the student Union building while police conducted an investigation, according to Central Florida News.

The UCF main campus resumed normal operations at e the beginning of the week.
