Spurned Lover Stole Her Ex-Boyfriend’s SPERM To Get Her PREGNANT As Punishment For Dumping Her

Layne Hardin is accusing his ex-girlfriend, Toby Duvall of stealing his sperm and impregnating herself, giving him a 2-year-old son he barely knows. 

When Hardin, 44, was dating another woman in 2002, they made a mutual decision to freeze his sperm, after conceiving one child together, according to ABC News.

The “rights” to the sperm was given entirely to the now ex-girlfriend, in case she ever wanted children again.

Fast-forward to 2011, when Hardin’s recent, and volatile, ex – Toby Duvall – walks right into the fertility clinic, asks for some of Hardin’s sperm and is given it, no questions asked.

She then had the sperm inseminated and soon became pregnant with her now 2-year-old son, whom Hardin has never seen or met, but may have to support for the rest of his life.

The sperm bank refused to comment on the matter. This case will be tried in a Houston court in April.
