Father Chopped His Son, 9, To Death WITH A HATCHET As Great-Grandmother WATCHED IN HORROR

(iWIDK By Alex Dorian) – An elderly woman witnessed a brutal murder.

36-year-old Phillip Raymond Hernandez, from South Natomas, CA, was charged with the heinous murder of his 9-year-old son, Matthew Hernandez.

According to The Sacramento Bee, when Matthew’s great-grandmother saw Hernandez wielding a hatchet, standing over the sleeping 9-year-old, she tried to intervene but was viciously knocked against the wall.

Apparently, Hernandez has been in a custody battle with his ex-wife for the past ten years and was charged with felony kidnapping in 2001.

His arraignment is set for Friday.
