Homeowner, 73, Finds Marijuana Smoking Man Living Under House After Calling Repairman To Fix Heater

(iWIDK By Brittany Hahn) – He, she, it, or they could habe AT LEAST threw some cash in for heating bill.

A heating repairman discovered that his client, homeowner Velma Kellen, had a squatter who was using her crawlspace… and lots of her heat. 

The uninvited guest had diverted the heat to keep him/herself warm while residing and possibly partying there.

According to MSN Now, Kellen recalls smelling what might have been marijuana in her home, and the repairman said he found some bottles of liquor and cans of beer there as well.

Kellen made the smart decision to lock up her crawlspace since the incident.
