Justin Bieber photo policy

In response to photographs of Bieber smoking weed surfacing on the internet, the singer’s publicity team launched a new plan, wherein any pictures taken with him while partying are automatically his property.

Bieber’s people tellĀ TMZ that there is “routinely a sign in places where Justin parties” that makes it abundantly clear that you won’t be able to add your Twitpics to a photo album any time soon–he owns them as soon as you take them.

Allegedly, the blunt smoking photos were taken innocently enough, with the picture-snapper unaware of the standing policy.

This is a strategy to sort of “rein in” Bieber’s behavior… at least publicly.

Maybe they should just give Justin a curfew!

It is typically common knowledge not take photos of yourself or anyone else engaged in any sort of illegal activity unless you want it used as evidence against you, but I don’t think Rihanna got the memo.
