(iWIDK By Alex Dorian) – You’ve got to hand it to them, they beat the price for the average RV by about $200,000.

A San Franciscan couple, Richard and Rachel, received laudatory remarks for their new mobile home converted from an old school bus they bought for $3,000.
According to Fair Companies, the motor home can bed up to ten people, and is equipped with 770 watt solar panels and a solar fridge/freezer to accommodate them.
Although the couple received skeptical remarks from family members, they claimed that it made more sense for them to design a mobile home that schematically conformed to their needs, as opposed to having to acclimate themselves to the layout of a traditional RV.
The couple recently installed a composting toilet, and are looking to install a basic plumbing system sometime in the near future.
