Tragic – Man Accidentally Shot Dead His Own BROTHER After Mistaking Him For A ROBBER

(iWIDK By Alex Dorian) – An accidental shooting left one man without a brother.

Ali Akbar Dastmalchi, 65, of Wilmington, NC, shot his brother in the chest after he mistook him for a home invader.

According to Star News Online, Dastmalchi awoke to the sound of breaking glass and shot his brother by the front entrance of his home after “he charged with a sharp wooden garden tool.”

Dastmalchi then realized, to his dismay, that the alleged burglar had been his 63-year-old brother Vahid, who lived with him.

North Carolina law gives a homeowner the right to defend themselves with deadly force if they feel their lives are in danger. No charges have been filed against Dastmalchi as of yet.
