Sperm Donor Forced To Pay CHILD SUPPORT To Lesbian Couple – Had Already SACRIFICED Parental Rights

As ordered by the state of Kanas, lesbian couple Angela Bauer and her partner Jennifer Schreiner will be receiving child support for sperm donor William Marotta, even though this person sacrificed his parental rights.

In 2009, lesbian couple Angela Bauer and her partner Jennifer Schreiner answered a Craigslist ad requesting a sperm donation from William Marotta from Kansas. Even though Marotta gave up all financial responsibilities as part of the agreement, he was STILL forced by the state of Kansas to have his name on record in case of financial shortcomings involving the child.

The child’s mother, Angela Bauer, has been unable to work since March due to an illness that the child has been facing, so there have been no recent health benefits for this family.

According to the Huffington Post, more and more gay and lesbian couples are adopting and using methods of artificial insemination; Bauer believes that Kansas may be trying to stand against the gay progressive movements by making people like herself provide the name of the “real father” on records.

Bauer explained: “This was a wonderful opportunity with a guy with an admirable, giving character who wanted nothing more than to help us have a child. I feel like the state of Kansas has made a mess out of the situation.”

Bauer said that what ever stand Marotta takes, for or against this, she was stand by his decision.

Correct me if I am wrong, but if they (the mothers) are so upset, all they have to do is give him the money back, no? So it gets pulled from his check and they get it and they cut him a check back. I mean, it’s stupid, but seems like an easy enough fix…unless they are being less than truthful.
