(iWIDK By Lauren Keough) – A women’s Labor Day weekend changed her life.

Sarah Conner mother paralyed after lava like baked beans fell on her back

Sarah Conner was left with horrific injuries after a cauldron of boiling baked beans was blown on top of her by a strong wind during a family trip.

The mother of one spent three weeks in the hospital and had to endure four skin grafts.

According to Daily Mail, Sarah had been celebrating Labor Day weekend in September last year with her boyfriend Randy Dinsmore, 39, family and friends at Lake Texoma, on the Red River between Oklahoma and Texas.

Sarah is grateful to be alive and recovering from the horrific accident.

‘Everything I do now needs to have meaning and I’m focused on changing other people’s lives for the better,’ she reflected.

Sarah is now home and continues to make strives to recovery each day.
