(iWIDK By Allie Beauregard) – Knowing her time was running out, a devoted mother left behind a lasting message that has inspired millions.

Though she passed on December 17 during open heart surgery, Jennifer Johnson, 30, of Cape Coral, FL will live on forever in the hearts of her 2 children and husband Robert, as she recorded her last words in a silent, flash-card narrated YouTube video that has gone viral since its October 30 posting.
Jennifer had been diagnosed with Hyperthropic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy in February of 2011 while she was 5 months pregnant with her second child; she and Robert were engaged that Valentine’s Day.
When she was told this fall that her condition – where the heart hardens to the point of blood flow prevention – was terminal, she took the time to record a video similar to the Ben Breedlove’s, which has been viewed over 7 million times.
The video, though at times raises the question “why me?” and asks for money to support the Johnson children, focuses on how the children are Jennifer’s “heartbeats.”
Fox News caught up with Robert following Jennifer’s just before Christmas, where he told them of the video, “heart disease is serious. This could be a message to a lot of other people to get your heart checked.”
He also said his wife will be remembered as a “fighter” with a “big heart” and will surely carry on her spirit while he raises their two young children on his own.
