World’s Tallest Teenager Girl Takes Romantic Walk On Beach With Boyfriend Who Is 16 INCHES SHORTER

Elisany da Cruz Silva, 17 of Salinopolis, Brazil, stands at 6’8 and has a boyfriend who stands a full 16 inches shorter than her at 5’4.

According to The Sun, da Cruz Silva was born with a form of gigantism induced by a tumor on her pituitary gland. She had the gland removed later on in her life, but only shrunk an inch.

Her boyfriend, Francinaldo da Silva Carvalho, 22, has to crane his neck and stand on his tip toes for a kiss, but claims that he couldn’t be happier.

Da Cruz Silva reflected on the comedy of the situation, claiming that some people mistake them for brother-and-sister when she’s holding his hand.
