Woman Starved And TORTURED Adopted Daughter While Locked Inside Alarmed Bedroom

(iWIDK By Alex Dorian) – Something you wouldn’t expect out of an elementary school employee.

Dorothea Vega, 59, of Pensacola, FL, was arrested for child abuse after she imprisoned an adopted child in a room for what may have been months.

According to Fox 10 TV, police officers received wind of Vega’s cruelty after the child told a school resource officer of her abuse. Upon inspection, officers found an alarm rigged to the child’s door and dog feces about the house.

Apparently, the child was only allowed to leave her room to do chores and was denied regular meals and trips to the bathroom, prompting her to bathe in the school’s bathrooms.

Vega is currently being held at Escambia County Jail without bail.
