Information has just been released about hip-hop artist Trey Songz’s arrest back in August 22, 2012 for assaulting a woman with money.
According to NY Daily News, Donna McIntosh-Inoe claims that that 28-year-old musician “chucked a wad of cash at her” after she took a photo of him on her phone during his album release party at Club Perfection in Woodhaven, Queens.
McIntosh-Inoe stated that he threw the money at her so hard that it gave her a black eye, stating: “I didn’t even know I had a bruise on my face until after I left the club. I had to walk around a whole week with a black eye.”
Songz was arrested on September 20, given misdemeanor assault and harassment charges. He will return to court in February.
