Jared Leto SHAVES His EYEBROWS Off For New FILM Role

At Tuesday night’s Gotham Awards in NYC, Jared Leto showed up with a completely clean shaven face – beard, mustache, and eyebrows gone!

According to Perez Hilton, the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman had to shave his furry friends for his role in Dallas Buyers Club, where he plays a cross dresser.

Leto realizes that pain is beauty, stating, “It’s a lot of work to be a pretty little girl. I have a newfound respect for women in general. I waxed my entire body, including my eyebrows. I’ve lost a lot of weight because I’m playing a young person with AIDS. It’s been challenging but really inspiring too.”

Dallas Buyers Club will be in theaters in 2013.
