Doctors Remove ARM From 11-Year-Old’s Back In Miraculous Surgery – Believe Arm To Be Unborn TWIN

(iWIDK by Aaron Lanton) - A young girl went to the hospital to be treated for a disorder that occurs once in every five million births. 

In China, Professor Baogan Peng shocked the medical world when he reported the case of an 11-year-old girl who was having surgery to remove an arm that was growing on her back.

According to Daily Mail, an entire mass of flesh was growing on the girl that appeared to be part of an identical twin that failed to fully develop as an embryo.

In Peng’s report stated, “‘Based on physical examination and imaging findings, a diagnosis of fetus in fetu was made preoperatively.’”

“‘Fetus in fetu’” is an extremely rare condition where a malformed fetus is found inside the body of the twin, and occurs once in every five million births.

The additional body parts that doctors removed from the girl included a breast, two fingers, a shoulder blade, and a digestive tract.
