(iWIDK By Meredith Schneider) - After formally telling Desert Sage Elementary School officials of their 7-year-old son’s severe food allergies and the behavioral effects they cause, Leslie and Eric Noyes are alleging that the school gave him various sugary foods and then locked him in a secluded, 5-foot by 5-foot, windowless room up to four times a week over a four month span.

According to Huffington Post, school officials are said to have handled him aggressively, pushing him and dragging him down the hallway, and causing bruises and other worrisome injuries.
While confined to the room, the second grader is said to have had panic attacks and other distress, and was reported to have been punished for urinating in his pants when he was not allowed out to use the restroom.
Officials have been charged with false imprisonment, assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and gross negligence.
