Trendy NYC Restaurant SUED – Allowed Celebrities To SMOKE WEED

(iWIDK By Christine Ribeiro) - Philippe Restaurant reportedly allows celebrities to smoke weed in the basement, and is now paying dues.

According to TMZ, an employee-filed lawsuit says, ”the guys who run the joint frequently give permission to some of their famous clients to smoke herb in a private basement dining area.”

Guess this explains the popularity of the restaurant; it is not everyday you hear about this kind of leniency.

Law has caught up with this rule-breaker, though.

I wonder how this will alter celebrity attendance at the restaurant.

The weed had to have been a lot of the draw.

How clueless can management be?

Managing a restaurant with such a following, no less.

Ownership could not have possibly thought they could get away with this forever.

Right?

Just a case of not considering the consequences of your actions.
