(iWIDK By Nina Hoffman) - Three-year-old Kylee Mills Simmerman had been missing for 30 minutes before fire fighters and police found her dead inside a bean bag following a game of hide-and-seek.

The young girl went missing shortly after 3pm on Wednesday and a family member called emergency responders when she couldn’t be located.
Lex18.com reports that after being found, Kylee was raced to University of Kentucky Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
An autopsy listed her death as asphyxia or suffocation.
Reports from the Health and Services Administration note that the leading cause of death for children aged one to four in the U.S is accidental injury.
