(iWIDK By Meredith Schneider) - One 12-year-old boy and his two 13-year-old friends are said to have entered a 14-year-old girl’s Ramapo, NY home over the course of June 11-13 and raping her, attempting to sexually assault her 12-year-old sister on the third day before leaving to catch a bus to school for an exam.
Although stories differ, News Day reports that both girls were raped over that time period, which was first brought to authorities three days after it happened.
The boys are claiming that the sex was consensual, and that none of the statements that they tied the two girls down are true.
They have been charged with charged with first-degree rape, first-degree attempted rape, first-degree sexual abuse and criminal sex act.
