(iWIDK By Andrew Urban) - Psychic Mark Edward Wilson revealed the tricks psychics use to get people’s money in his recent tell all book, Psychic Blues: Confessions of a Conflicted Medium.

In the book he explained techniques such as pre-show screening, whereby the psychic inadvertently or covertly works the room before the performance and gleans information that can be used to make him look like a psychic.
According to the New York Times, the main trick of being a psychic, Wilson claims, is the ability to speak vaguely about universal hardships.
A divorced father of one, Wilson’s day job is working for the recreation and parks department of Los Angeles, though he still “performs” as a psychic in his free time.
