(iWIDK By Ashley Woodhouse) - A video captures the moment when a Chinese acrobat, Aisikaier, attempted to walk backwards across a high-wire tightrope, blindfolded nearly falling to his death.

The acrobat slipped just a few feet away from the end of his walk, falling from his 600-foot tightrope.
Aisikaier survived the fall as tree branches and bushes broke his fall on the side of the slope.
Aisikaier later blamed the wind on his fall, and said that he felt dizzy toward the end of his walk. If he would have finished, he would have made a new world record.
