Woman Avoids Jail Time After She Rubbed Her Butt Over $30 Million Painting

(iWIDK By Lukasz Bielawski) – A Woman from Colorado avoids jail time after committing a bizarre crime.

Carmen Tisch, 37, has been sentenced to two years of probation and mental health treatment, after causing $10,000 worth of damage to a multimillion-dollar painting when she removed her pants and slid down the artwork.

According to Reuters,  “1957-J No. 2″ the 40 million dollar oil-on-canvas painting that Tish violated, is located at the Clyfford Still Museum.

Prosecutors claim that Tish was intoxicated and after she scratched and punched the painting, she started to urinate on the museum floor.

Tisch will also have to get help for her alcohol dependency as an additional condition of her sentence, she may also still have to face a restitution hearing.
