38-year-old Dana Myhan Allen went over to a 14-year-old boy’s home in Florence, Alabama, and raped him in the child’s own living room.
Officials associated with the teenager’s high school, Wilson High School, provided officers with the tip, even though Allen is not a faculty member, states Daily Mail.
Schools officials had been investigating the case several months, and notified the local police once rumors surfaced.
If convicted, Allen can be held in jail for up to twenty years.
