Tessa Vanvlerah, 22, allowed Kenneth Kyle, a Californian college professor, to photograph, urinate on, rape, and burn her 5-month-old daughter.

According to STL Today, Vanvlerah’s attorney’s attempted to get her probation based on a psychological disorder. The judge was not lenient on the woman.

She was forced to give up her custody of the infant in 2010 when she was charged with first degree statutory rape, incest, child pornography and sodomy.

Kyle was sentenced in March to serve a term of 37 and a half years in federal prison.

The child has since been adopted by the foster parent who took her in back in 2010. The foster mother reports the girl is still traumatized by the events, but is slowly recovering.

I totally agree that this mother should be put on for the death penalty, to bad they don’t believe in that anymore, I’m a mother of three and if anyone touched my children in any manner like this best believe i would kill that person, this little girl deserves justice and for her disgusting mom to go away that is justice that she will live with for ever knowing that her mom went to jail cause her mom didn’t love her, Co dos for the foster parents that took in this little innocent child to love and care for her, People like this should be put away for life and get medical help for there mental issues cause no one ever deserves to be treated the way this little innocent child was treat, My thoughts and prays go out to this little Innocent child.

Dont waste the taxpayers money feeding and caring for this ungodly woman. Put her in General population and let them give her justice. How that poor little innocent baby must have cried. Agreed 100% with Nika C. This bitch and the guy who took part both need to die. They should both be killed in the same manner they tortured this poor girl. It’ll take a while and it’ll hurt and that’s exactly what they deserve. But I guess for now we’ll have to settle for jail. That’s fine though, when you think about it. There are many, many mothers in jail, mothers who would never hurt their kids, who would kill to see them again… and I laugh when I think of just how badly they’re going to tear this woman apart.

I almost never advocate the use of the death penalty but in cases like this I say let me pull the switch…I am sorry but they should just kill this woman and the professor involved. How you do this to a baby is beyond me and proves that you are not a human worth the amount of oxygen it takes to keep you alive..There is no saving something so incredibly vile.

Vanvlerah pleaded guilty in January to incest, statutory sodomy and statutory rape in the attacks against her daughter, who is 3 but who was 5 months old when the pair first attacked her. The woman who fostered and then adopted the girl said initially, the girl would scream when anyone bathed her or changed her diaper. She still has night terrors and asks at each bedtime to make sure nobody else comes into the home.

However, she said the girl is improving day by day and “is no longer Tessa’s plaything and she is no longer Tessa’s child.”

What is wrong with people? They never did say what hapened to the professor. They both will burn in hell. Hopefully this baby girl is so young now she wont remember any of it. So glad some one noticed and stopped it all before this girl lived a life like this. If you ask me 37 years is not anough but I know the judge probably did all he/she could do.
